These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the dewi13 platform. By registering an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every clause set out below. Please read this document carefully before proceeding.

You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to hold an active dewi13 account. Age verification is mandatory at registration and before any withdrawal is processed.
Each individual may register only one dewi13 account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances pending investigation.
All promotions carry clearly stated wagering requirements and validity periods published on the relevant offer page. dewi13 does not apply hidden rollover multipliers after a bonus has been claimed.
Arbitrage betting, bonus abuse, money laundering, use of automated betting software, and any form of collusion are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.
Withdrawals are processed to the verified bank account or e-wallet registered to your dewi13 profile. Standard processing time is under 3 minutes for BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and all supported e-wallets.
dewi13 operates under an international gaming licence. All data is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. Disputes are handled under the jurisdiction stated in the Governing Law clause below.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age to register and maintain an active dewi13 Account. Registration by persons under 21 is strictly prohibited.
2.2 By registering, you confirm that you are not acting on behalf of another person, are not a professional player who has been self-excluded or excluded by a regulator, and are not an employee or immediate family member of an employee of the Company.
2.3 The Company reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Where a Member cannot adequately verify their age, the Account will be suspended pending resolution, and any winnings accrued during the unverified period may be withheld.
3.1 To register a dewi13 Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian national identity card number (NIK), a valid email address, and a mobile phone number registered in Indonesia.
3.2 Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only. The Company employs device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment-method cross-referencing to detect duplicate registrations. Multiple accounts associated with the same individual will all be suspended.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. The Company will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your credentials. You must notify the Company immediately via the support channels listed in Clause 17 if you suspect unauthorised access.
3.4 Account registration does not constitute a contractual obligation on the part of the Company to accept any particular bet, provide any particular game, or offer any particular promotional benefit.
4.1 The Company is obligated under its international gaming licence to verify the identity of all Members prior to processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification is also triggered when cumulative deposits exceed prescribed thresholds set by the Company's compliance team.
4.2 Standard KYC documentation requirements include:

5.1 dewi13 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) only. All balances, bets, and payouts on the Platform are denominated in IDR. No foreign currency conversion is applied.
5.2 Supported deposit methods include:
5.3 The minimum single deposit is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard Members; however, deposits above Rp 50.000.000 per transaction may be subject to additional verification under the Company's AML (Anti-Money Laundering) policy.
5.4 Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in real time upon confirmed receipt by the Company's payment processor. In the event of a processing delay, the Member should contact support with the transaction reference number.
5.5 The Company does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits will be returned and may result in Account suspension.
6.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to the verified payment method used for the Member's most recent deposit, subject to KYC clearance as described in Clause 4.
6.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. The maximum single withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000.000; Members wishing to withdraw larger amounts should contact the VIP support desk to arrange staged processing.
6.3 Standard processing times are as follows:
6.4 The Company reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of KYC, in vestigations into suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or where required by Applicable Laws. The Member will be notified of any such hold via the registered email address within 48 hours.
6.5 Withdrawals of Bonus Funds that have not yet satisfied the applicable Wagering Requirement will be declined. Only real-money winnings that have cleared all wagering obligations are eligible for withdrawal.
7.1 dewi13 offers a range of promotional benefits including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback on net losses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, which form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.
7.2 Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the following standard bonus conditions apply:
7.3 The Company reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Promotional abuse — including but not limited to registering multiple accounts to claim the same offer, exploiting software errors to generate artificial winnings, or systematically wagering on low-risk outcomes solely to clear wagering requirements — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in permanent Account closure.
7.4 Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.
8.1 All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. The Company does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet except where an obvious pricing error has occurred and is identified within the timeframe specified in the relevant sport-specific rules.
8.2 dewi13 offers the following principal betting and gaming categories, each governed by product-specific rules published in the relevant section of the Platform:
8.3 The Company reserves the right to void any bet where there is clear evidence of a system error, data feed failure, or where the outcome of an event is determined to have been manipulated. Void bets are settled at stake returned.
9.1 The following activities are expressly prohibited on the dewi13 Platform and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:
10.1 The Company may suspend or permanently close a Member's Account at its reasonable discretion where:
10.2 Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, the Account Balance will be frozen. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the Account will be reinstated and the Balance restored in full.
10.3 Where an Account is permanently closed due to a proven breach, the Company reserves the right to forfeit the Account Balance in proportion to the harm caused. The Member will receive written notice of this decision and may submit a formal dispute within 30 calendar days.
10.4 A Member may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting the support team. Any real-money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the Member's verified withdrawal method after all outstanding KYC obligations are met.
11.1 All content on the dewi13 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software code, audio, and video — is the proprietary property of the Company or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
11.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
11.3 The dewi13 name, logo, and all associated brand marks are trademarks of the Company. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context — including on social media, affiliate sites, or third-party applications — is prohibited.
12.1 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While the Company makes reasonable efforts to maintain continuous Platform availability, it does not warrant that access will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects.
12.2 To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Laws, the Company shall not be liable for:
12.3 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits the Company's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Applicable Laws.
12.4 The Company's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any single incident or series of connected incidents shall not exceed the Account Balance held at the time the claim arose.
13.1 The Company collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. Members are encouraged to read the Privacy Policy in full before registering.
13.2 By registering an Account, you consent to the Company processing your personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision of personalised promotional communications (which may be opted out of at any time).
13.3 The Company will not sell, rent, or lease your personal data to unaffiliated third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by Applicable Laws or court order.

15.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure under the procedure described in Clause 10.4.
15.3 The current version of these Terms & Conditions, together with their effective date, is always published at https://dewi13.cam/terms-conditions. Members are responsible for reviewing this page periodically.
16.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company holds its international gaming licence. The Company makes no representation that the Platform or its content is appropriate or lawful in jurisdictions outside Indonesia.
16.2 In the event of a dispute between a Member and the Company, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. The Member must submit a formal written complaint to [email protected] with full supporting documentation. The Company will provide a written response within 14 business days.
16.3 If good-faith negotiation does not resolve the dispute within 30 calendar days of the Company's initial response, either party may refer the matter to the dispute resolution body specified under the Company's gaming licence. The decision of that body shall be final and binding on both parties.
16.4 Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
